Mark T. Moran, Municipal Judge
Judge Mark T. Moran, graduated from the University of Denver in May of 1987, College of Law with his  Jurist Doctorate.

Judge Moran was employed as a Senior Assistant Attorney General, for the State of Wyoming from 1991 until 1999. From 1989 to 1991 he was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Cheyenne. Judge Moran was involved with Transportation and Environmental Law from 1987 to 1989.
