Minutes of meeting:
Meeting was called by Harriet Yeager.
First order of business was do decide if the organization was going to stay.
Vote passed to keep swiva.
Second order of business was to elect officers the following people were elected to the following offices.
President: Frank Castillo
Vice President: Bill Carrier
Sec. Susan Carrier
Treasures: Peggy Yeager and Mary Castillo
Webmaster: BobYeager
Public Relations officer: Harriet Yeager
There was a request to get back records from the bank and account for funds.
There was a discussion on doing a fund raiser, Frank suggested that we collect trash at frontier days with the base. We
talked about putting t-shirts on kids and getting our name out nothing was passed at this time.
There was a discussion about dues paid in and again nothing was passed.
The meeting was called to an end with the date of the next meeting being at
LCCC June 29th, Harriet will give me the room
number time was set at 2:00pm
